What we collect

• The details you enter in the request form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, trip details and your message.
• The country your connection comes from (provided by our host). We do not store your IP address in our request database.
• Technical data processed by our host and by the anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) for security purposes.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you confirm, organise the service. To do so, the details needed for the trip (name, phone, times, places) are shared with the local partner who performs it.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and your consent given in the form.

Recipients

• The operator of this website.
• The local transport partner performing your service (only if you confirm).
• Technical providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, security), which may process data outside Morocco and the EU.

How long

Requests are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If audience measurement is enabled, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies.
